The project team organised Workshop on advanced techniques for the analysis of trace emerging contaminants in environmental samples.

The workshop was held on 23 February 2018 at the Faculty of Science, Department of Biology, Rooseveltov trg 6, Zagreb

There were 4 lectures given by renowned experts in the fields of emerging contaminants in freshwaters:
Prof. Mira Petrović (Catalan Institute for Water Research-ICRA, Girona, Spain, and Catalan Institution for Research and Advanced Studies-ICREA, Barcelona, Spain)

Dr. Sara Rodriguez-Mozaz (Catalan Institute for Water Research-ICRA, Girona, Spain,)

Dr. Marko Roman (Ruđer Bošković Institute – RBI, Zagreb, Croatia)

Dr. Ivan Senta (Ruđer Bošković Institute – RBI, Zagreb, Croatia)

The workshop was very well received, illustrating the relevance of this research topic. In total, there were 68 participants from several different faculties, institutes, state agencies and private companies.
