CHARACTERISTICS OF THE JOB

  • Job location: ICRA – Catalan Institute for Water Research, Girona (Spain)
  • Number of positions available: 1
  • Expected start: immediate
  • Temporal Position. The position is for approximately 6 months
  • Gross Annual Salary package: € 25,000 – 27,000€

 

 

OFFER DESCRIPTION

ICRA is looking for a person for the administrative execution of all the Institute’s procurement procedures and processes, purchase of supplies, services and works, as well as the management of the files in which ICRA opts as a bidder in procurement procedures tendered by different administrations or public sector entities.

 

 

 

KEY DUTIES

Specifically, the functions that the selected person will have to carry out will consist of:

– Management of the ICRA Annual Contracting Plan

– Maintenance of the contracting process management program.

– Participation in the preparation of specifications and all documentation involved or related to the contracting processes, acting as a bidder.

– Advertising or notification of actions on the procurement platform (procurement profile), public register of contracts, RELI, ROLECE, etc.

– Act for the purposes of administrative secretary in the contracting files.

– Preparation of the necessary documentation for accounting or project audits, both to justify expenses and to justify procedures or present arguments for the presentation of corrections of deficiencies detected in justifications.

– Multi-purpose assistance in administrative tasks and support in other departments.

 

 

 

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Must have – Required

Research Field or Field of knowledge:

Administration, Public Procurement or topics related to the functions described

Qualifications and Education Level:

Minimum qualification of Higher Level Training Cycle.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in areas related to the tasks to be carried out is valuable.

Complementary training in the area of purchasing, public procurement, etc. is valuable.

Skills:

– Office package mastery (advanced knowledge of Microsoft excel, word, teams and planner is essential).

– Knowledge of ERP (SAP, Navision, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)

– Ability to work in a team but with sufficient autonomy to carry out their tasks individually.

– Ability to learn and adapt.

– Responsible, rigorous, methodical, organized and versatile person

Required Languages:

Catalan and Spanish.

Knowledge of English is valuable.

Required Experience:

Previous experience in research entities or foundations performing the functions described is valuable.

 

 

Desirable

– Experience in carrying out administrative functions related to the area of contracting and/or purchasing.

– Experience in participating in and managing different forms of procurement through central purchasing agencies (Framework Agreement, Dynamic Procurement System, etc.).

– Immediate incorporation availability.

Selection process:

In accordance with the OTM-R principles, a gender-balanced recruitment panel is formed for every vacancy at the beginning of the process.
