ICRA reiterates its commitment to the establishment and development of policies that integrate equal treatment and opportunities between men and women, without discriminating directly or indirectly due to sex or other aspects, establishing equal opportunities as a strategic principle of our corporate and Human Resources policy.
ICRA has had an Equality Plan since 2015.
In 2022, its renewal was carried out to continue working for gender equality among the entire collective of the institution.
