On June 4th, ICRA welcomed a group of secondary school students from Institut Ermessenda in Girona, along with students from Poland and Turkey, as part of the Erasmus+ project “STEM for water”.
The visit included a field trip to the Onyar River and a tour of several ICRA facilities. In addition, the students took part in a hands-on educational activity in which they had to identify the type of water corresponding to six different samples, while learning about water quality, origin, and treatment. The experience provided a practical and engaging introduction to water research for the students.
