The Business and Social Council is the external advisory body of the ICRA, whose main objective is to guarantee the applicability and usefulness of the research carried out by the ICRA, so that it is oriented to the needs of the market
The Business and Social Council is the participation body of the business sector in the Foundation. It can be consulted by the Board of Trustees and the director, and can issue guidance recommendations.
Article 17: The Business Council
17.1 The Business Council is the participation body of the business sector in the Foundation. It can be consulted by the Board of Trustees and the director and can issue recommendations of a consultative nature.
17.2 The Business Council is made up of an indeterminate number of members, who will act on behalf of the companies that have been invited to be part of it by the Board of Trustees.
17.3 The Presidency of the Business Council corresponds to the person determined by the Board of Trustees.
