Research Technician
Neus Besolí Mestres is an ICRA research technician within the CityPoll project, in the “Biodiversity and functions of aquatic ecosystems” research line. She has a degree in Biology from the University of Girona and a master’s degree in Biodiversity Management and Conservation from the University of Barcelona.
His research focuses on the impact of urban pollution on fluvial biodiversity during extreme climate events. It carries out tasks related to ecotoxicology, analyzing the impact of urban pollutants on river biofilms, and also dissemination tasks through the networks and the project’s website.
