García Moll, Maria Pau

Maria García is graduated in Chemistry and with a master’s degree in Environmental Science and Technology from the University of the Balearic Islands, where she has worked in the field of developing new analytical methods for the detection of emerging pollutants, she is currently studying for a doctorate in Science and Technology of the UdG water at the Catalan Water Research Institute (ICRA). His thesis focuses on the development of analytical methods to determine the presence of micropollutants (ie, microplastics and plastic additives) and their transformation products in the environment for a correct evaluation of their elimination in the treatment processes of the water
