Ángela Pedregal is a chemical engineer with experience in surface, underground and potable water quality and management. It is currently part of inventWater, an international training network of the European Union. With the help of predictive climate models, he develops computational tools to predict flows and concentrations of dissolved organic carbon in watersheds and reservoirs that have a direct impact on drinking water quality. These tools are designed to support drinking water managers in the face of climate change challenges.
