ICRA-CERCA researchers Sara Rodríguez Mozaz and José Castaño Ortiz participated in the interim meeting of the JPI ARENA project, “Antibiotic REsistaNce and Pathogenic Signature in Marine and Freshwater Aquaculture Systems” on July 26 and 27 in Rome. It was the first time that all participants have met in person, as the launch meeting was online due to the pandemic. In the ARENA project, ICRA-CERCA is in charge of monitoring antibiotic residues in environmental samples (water, sediments and biota) related to aquaculture activities.
