The ICRA researchers Meritxell Gros and Gianluigi Buttiglieri participated to the consortium meeting of the project NeWater (Natural based and low Energy consumption unconventional solutions for the management of WATER sources, PCI2024-153445, MCIU/AEI/10.13039/501100011033/EU) of the WATER4ALL 2022 call was held online on the 15th of November 2024.
NEWater will develop innovative and efficient water treatment systems based on biological, physical and natural hybrid solutions (NBS), and digital technologies for monitoring, control and decision support. ICRA will work on decentralised NBS reclamation of greywater (kitchen and sink) for edible plant production by means of a vertical wall.
