As part of the H2020 Edicitnet project, Josep Pueyo-Ros, ICRA postdoctoral researcher, has worked with the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Geodesy of the University of Ljubljana (Slovenia) with the aim of developing tools to improve circularity and the environmental and social benefits of urban agriculture initiatives, with particular interest in the cities of Sant Feliu de Llobregat in Catalonia and Sempeter Pri Gorici in Slovenia.
The collaboration has been financed by a Short Term Scientific Mission of the COST Circular Cities network, and the research carried out must provide evidence of the benefits of urban agriculture by comparing different social and technological scenarios.
