The researcher of the Catalan Water Research Institute (ICRA) , María José Farré , is in charge of coordinating the Working Group of Experts (GTE) of the Buildings and Health Forum , which will analyze how the quality of water affects the health of people inside the buildings.

The Buildings and Health Forum is a project that has been created through the collaboration between the Technical Architecture Council of Spain (CGATE) , Green Building Council Spain (GBCe) and the Habitat Cluster Efficient (AEICE) . Its aim is to deal with all those aspects that affect the health of people inside buildings, such as air quality, ergonomics, acoustic comfort and lighting, water quality, among many others

When the work period ends, each group will present a technical report where their conclusions will be collected and these, in the future, will serve as a work guide for professionals in the sector.
