On the 10th and 11th of June, the 16th Science Festival took place in Barcelona’s Rambla de Prim, an event where young and old can experience, observe and experience science first hand, enjoying shows, workshops, experiments, presentations, games and debates.
This year, the Catalan Water Research Institute (ICRA-CERCA) participated by holding a micro-talk based on “Water Reuse”. Marta Turull, ICRA-CERCA researcher, based on an interactive presentation, explained what is being studied in the line of water reuse, what is being achieved and what has been implemented by to reduce its consumption in homes, in addition to a practical case on the reuse of water in laundries, included in the LIFE-RECYCLO project.
