Scientific dissemination on sustainable tourism: researcher Esther Mendoza (ICRA-CERCA) visits the Salvador Sunyer and Aimeric de Salt Institute

On November 15, 2024, Esther Mendoza, researcher at ICRA-CERCA, offered an outreach dissemination activity to students in the Ecoproject elective class in 4^th year of ESO at the Salvador Sunyer and Aimeric de Salt High School.

During the session, the researcher delved into the relationship between scientific research and water resource management, placing special emphasis on the impact of tourist activities on water. Strategies to promote sustainable tourism that minimizes the negative effects on this essential resource were also reflected on. These topics are part of ICRA-CERCA research projects, including the ReUseMP3 project (PID2020-115456RB-I00 /MCIN/AEI / 10.13039/501100011033).
