Verònica is a senior technician in Analysis and Control, specialist in the collection, treatment and analysis of samples from drinking and waste water treatment, sewage systems and resource distribution and recovery. She is a member of national project work teams and offers support in national and international projects. Her professional skills include the application of advanced analytical techniques such as AOX (Adsorbable Organic Halides) analysis used to measure the concentration of halogenated organic compounds (persistently bioaccumulative and toxic substances) absorbable in samples. Veronica is in charge of the management and maintenance of the laboratories of the Technology and Evaluation Area. This involves the supervision of laboratories, inventory management and general organization of the work space. At the same time, she has experience in training new staff joining the team. Finally, highlight the participation in public procurement, using and executing the dynamic acquisition system for the purchase of laboratory material at our institution, through the CSUC purchasing center.
