Defense of Danilo Bertagna’s doctoral thesis

Danilo Bertagna was the first ITN NOWELTIES grantee to defend his doctoral thesis “UV-LED advanced oxidation processes for the efficient removal of organic micropollutants from water” on July 21 at the University of Zagreb.

The PhD supervisors were Sandra Babic from the University of Zagreb and Gianluigi Buttiglieri from ICRA-TiA . The committee for the defense of the thesis was composed of Dragana Mutavdzć, Marin Kovacic and Davor Ljubas from the University of Zagreb, Maria José Martín Sánchez from the University of Girona, and Mira Petrovic , responsible for the Quality area of ​​the ICRA water and coordinator of the ITN NOWELTIES project.
