ICRA-CERCA explores solutions based on constructed wetlands at the ICWS2024 conference

The ICRA-CERCA researcher Henry Beral participated in the 18th International Conference on Wetland Systems (ICWS24), held from November 25th-29th, 2024, in Fort-de-France, Martinique. This conference, part of the IWA Specialist Group “Wetland Systems for Water Pollution Control,” serves as a global platform for discussing advancements in natural and constructed wetlands, focusing on water quality improvement, ecosystem services, and emerging topics like wetland intensification and climate change. Key themes include wetlands in urban areas, water reuse, the circular economy, and conservation.

At the conference, the results of the NePMTune (TED2021-129200B-C43; MCIN/AEI/10.13039/501100011033) and MULTISOURCE (GA 101003527, by Alchemia-nova researcher Marco Hartl) projects were presented with the following talks:
