On June 9, 2025, the Catalan Institute for Water Research (ICRA) welcomed a delegation from the KDI School of Public Policy and Management (South Korea), as part of the Advanced Policy Strategy Program (APSP) 2025.

The delegation was composed of 16 senior and mid-level public officials from 11 major Korean public institutions, accompanied by three representatives from the KDI School. Their study mission to Spain and Portugal focused on water resource management, public infrastructure, and climate change adaptation.

The meeting fostered an exchange of knowledge and experiences between the Catalan institution and the Korean delegation, with the aim of strengthening international ties and sharing perspectives on water security and adaptation to global challenges related to water.
